JUDVI SAS was created in 2014 for lodging, leisure and software. It owns and runs Château du Bû — guest rooms, a dormitory and a reception hall in the Calvados — sells them direct, and builds Ziseta, the platform that puts independent hotels on Google Hotel Ads and the other metasearch engines, on their own terms.

Ziseta connects an independent hotel to Google Hotel Ads and the other metasearch engines and lands every click on the hotel's own booking page, with dates, guests, room and rate carried through. The hotel pushes its own rates and keeps its own site. €20 a month before VAT, first month free. It runs on Château du Bû first and opens to other hotels soon.

Château du Bû, at Le Bû in the Calvados, has been owned and run by JUDVI since 2014. Guest rooms, a dormitory, the grounds — sold direct on chateaudubu.fr, in fourteen languages, with rates quoted live from the property system.

JUDVI SAS was created on 27 October 2014. Its sole shareholder since incorporation is JenniferSoft, Inc. of Paju, Korea, the maker of JENNIFER application performance monitoring.
