Privacy
This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the waiting-list form.
What we collect
When you add a hotel to the list: the hotel's name, website and country, your e-mail address, and optionally the property system you use and the platforms that matter to you. Our server also keeps ordinary access logs (address, page, time) for at most a year, to keep the site running.
Why
To contact you about the platform: when early access opens, and before that if we need something from you to make a connection work. The list also documents the demand for the platform. Nothing else. We process this data to take the steps you ask of us ahead of any contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); the server logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the platform has opened and you have declined it — at most three years.
Who sees it
JUDVI SAS only. It is not sold, shared or passed to any platform. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, our technical processor, which relays traffic on our behalf under its data-processing agreement, with no right to use this data for its own purposes. Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States; this relay relies on its certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with the standard contractual clauses taking over should that certification lapse.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, at [email protected]. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
