How the platform works
Three parts, and a fourth you keep: your booking engine.
Connect
Our partner connection carries your prices to each platform. The clicks are billed to your own Google Ads and trivago accounts. Google Hotel Ads first, then trivago, Tripadvisor, Skyscanner and HotelsCombined.
Land on your site
The landing-page template you register in Hotel Center — hotel, check-in, check-out, guests, room, rate — is resolved into your own booking engine's URL. No page of ours stands between the guest and you.
Feed your rates
You push rates and availability to us: everything once, a year or three ahead, then only what changes. We relay it to each platform in real time. If your rates already live in myallocator, Cloudbeds or SiteMinder, we can read them from there.
What stays yours
Your accounts
The platforms bill you, not us. Leave whenever you like; everything stays yours.
Your site
This is not a booking engine. Every click lands on yours.
Your data
You push the feed. We do not sit between you and your property system.
A few rules
Google's, mostly: the price in the feed must be the price on the page, and the room and rate named in the link must be the first thing shown. We check them for you, and tell you before Google does.
One dashboard
Room types, rate plans, landing pages by language, the matching between Google's parameters and your site's, your feed and its history, your campaigns, and the checks we run. It lives at admin.judvi.com. Every account starts in test mode.
Checks, not punishments
Google runs its own checks, and a mismatch it finds can suspend the partner account that carries every hotel here. So we check the case Google samples — lowest rate, two adults, a date soon — every hour, and pause your connection at once if it fails, until the next clean check. Larger parties, stays a year out, nights with no room free: we warn you and leave the connection on.
Opening soon. Nothing above is live yet; put your hotel on the list and we will write to you.
